Enlightened Living-Educator's Workshop

Keeping in tandem with the aforesaid paradigm,RPS International School ,Sector 89 Gurugram, organized a workshop on 'Enlightened Living-Enroute to Happiness, Health, Prosperity & Consciousness'. The session's main objective was to educate teachers on how to awaken natural ability to self-heal. Addressing the large assembly of Educators, the Resource Person, Ms.Jaggriti Atri emphasized on 'Chakra Meditation' -a new way to process and heal negative emotions, remove blockages in the meridian system and clear and balance the human energetic system.
Exemplifying the need to connect to the positive self, the session reflected on different Tools n Techniques like focused breathing,meditation, self reflection, positive affirmations,Visualisation etc.It was a very informative and enjoyable experience where participants learnt how to use the power of Subconscious mind.
It teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured-said one teacher.
