RPS Gurugram 89- School Activity

“Smiling face with Healthy look and Good behaviour are the greatest blessings of human trait”. To ponder over these objectives, a workshop on Health and Hygiene was organised at RPS International School, Sec-89, Gurugram on Tuesday,24 July 2018 by the M/S Yakult management. Dr. Roopa Marwaha Bhalla, the School Principal chaired the session and welcomed the team from Yakult. They demonstrated and elaborated the basic parameters of healthy habits and routines. At the end, there was a question answer round. The staff and Students thoroughly enjoyed the impressive and educative workshop. The workshop ended with a vote of thanks and free sampling of Yakult .

The First Investiture Ceremony(2018-19) of RPS International School Sec-89 was held on Wednesday,25 July 2018 with great splendour and dignity. It was conducted with the high degree of earnestness and passion. The elected Leaders’ were conferred with badges and sashes by the Principal Dr. Roopa Marwaha Bhalla and the School Coordinator Ms.Shiva Yadav. Donning the mantle of accountability, selected Council Students' also pledge to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities.The students dressed in resplendent house colours, marching to the beat of the drums, added to the grandeur of the event.Thereafter the Fine Arts Club hosts cultural events like dance, group singing etc… The programme concluded with the singing of the national anthem. With an aim to establish and promote the importance of good oral care habits, an oral dental check up camp was organised on Tuesday ,24 July 2018 at RPS International School Sec-89.The camp gave the opportunity to assess the oral health awareness among the students and learn about the oral hygiene practices which are of great importance in day to day life. It was carried by Super Specialists in conservative Dentistry.The Team included Dr.Vishaakh Bhalla who is a dental expert par excellence and has been practicing in Dubai for over 2 years after having worked in prestigious organisations such as Sir Gangaram Hospital & Clove Dental in Delhi,NCR.
