RPS Gurugram 89- School Activity

With the jingle of the bells resonating, hum of the carols in the wind, the ‘ho-ho’ of Santa and gifts and glee everywhere - Christmas was an exciting affair, organised by RPS International School,Sec89 at Sapphire Mall,Sec-83, that brought a bagful of surprises for everyone including children and adults. With the Christmas fever all around, the RPS make it a December to Remember as they put on their Santa caps, hang those mistletoes and geared up for a celebration of happiness & love. The Christmas event was open to all those who are willing to spend a memorable day with their loved ones, celebrating a day of love, sharing and giving. It was a perfect destination for everyone to rekindle their bonds with so many exciting activities, talent hut, on-the-spot competitions, non-stop foot tapping music! The visitors caught in the whirl of fun and excitement at the event.

RPS International School Sec-89 organized 'Kids Day Out & Cultural Fiesta'-celebrating childhood on Sunday ,December 15 2019 at its campus.The objective was to provide a great start to the fun-filled childhood journey of the children by unleashing their finest qualities as well as to let parenthood blossom in the best manner.It does not only give parents a chance to create everlasting memories with their little ones, but also provides a platform for the children to explore their hidden talents and unique features.Apart from RPSians performances, there were many exciting and fun-loving competitions for the children under different age categories. The sensational dance performances that mixed the folk, jazz and the western, brewed with a high voltage drama and music, the entire presentation pulled out a star in all the participants. Needless to say that the audiences were awe-struck by the glitzy and glossy rendition that kept the temperature soaring in the campus. Colourful

On December 6th & 7th  2019, workshop on ‘Robotics in Education’ was attended by Ms. Himani Aggarwal,Ms.Himani Yadav, Ms.Khushboo Yadav ( Computer faculty) and Ms. Gurleen Kaur( Physics faculty) at the school campus. The theme of the session was ‘Robo Programming’. Under the gifted guidance of Mr.Gaurav Nigam,  a valuable resource person and Academic Consultant of Next Education,  the learners learned different tools n techniques. The session had the following highlights: • Role of Robotics in Education • Where do Robots fit in? • An opportunity to re-imagine situations and solutions. • A tool for exploring rule based approaches. • Actively developing the technology not only passively using the same. • For promoting teamwork Overall, it was very well designed, practical and valuable session.
