RPS Gurugram 89- School Activity

With an aim to establish and promote the importance of good oral care habits, an Oral Dental Check up Camp was organised on  Wednesday, July 10 2019 for classes I -III at RPS International School Sec-89.The camp gave the opportunity to assess the oral health awareness among the students and learn about the oral hygiene practices which are of great importance in day to day life. It was carried by Super Specialists in conservative Dentistry.The Team included Dr.Meghna Mehta Pandey who is a dental expert par excellence and has been practicing in Shubhagyam Dental Clinic  sector 82  after having worked in prestigious organisations in NCR.The Doctor started with dental awareness talk, educating students about common dental ailments, especially stressing on tooth decay and gum diseases and measures to prevent from them. The students were highlighted about the eating patterns and food choices which cause tooth decay. The students got ample opportunities to interact with the Doctor to enquire

"The presence of the doctor is the beginning of the cure”. A special day is hence observed every year on July 1 as National Doctor's Day. The objective is to acknowledge the contributions of doctors' humane service to mankind & to honor the great work of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy.
