 A refreshing Yoga Session was conducted for our dedicated drivers to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle. The session focused on simple yoga practices, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques designed especially to support those who spend long hours on the road. 

Through this initiative, our drivers explored the benefits of yoga, including improved concentration, reduced stress, better posture, enhanced flexibility, and overall wellness—helping them stay energetic, focused, and calm while ensuring safe journeys every day.
