RPS Gurugram 89- School Activity

An Inspection of RPS 89 School has highlighted excellent approaches to wellbeing, equality and inclusion, grading it as sector-leading in these areas. The inspection, carried out by GPSC (Gurgaon Progressive School Council), noted the strong ethos of teamwork and dedication among staff and volunteers which ensures that the school provides a caring and nurturing environment for all children.

  With the objective of creating an environment for cultural exchange through sharing expertise and resources across suburban and township schools, RPS International School, Sec 89 organised a Twinning Programme on December 21, 2021. This was innovative in the sense that those learners who have not had an opportunity to meet with other learners across different linguistic and religious identities have opportunities to interact with each other in order to improve their skills and relationships, to get exposure to environments that they haven’t been exposed to and moreover, to foster attitudinal changes amongst learners and school authorities. The programme benefited learners and teachers from both communities-culturally, morally, spiritually, and socially. The initiative was the only way to bridge inequalities in the educational system.
