Workshop on Neuro-Linguistic-Programming
"Educating the mind without educating the heart is of no use”. To facilitate the teachers to march ahead progressively, special workshops and training programs are organised by the school every year-said School Principal, Dr.Roopa Marwaha Bhalla.
RPS International School, Sector 89 Gurugram, organized a workshop on ‘Neuro-Linguistic Programming(NLP)' on Thursday 04 JULY, 2019. NLP is like a journey within, exploring first time your inner world. The session's main objective was to educate teachers on how to upgrade, strengthen and deepen their skills and strategies to catapult learning and teaching to the next level of effectiveness. Under the gifted guidance of Ms. Alka Nitin Kalra, a valuable resource person & NLP Coach, the learners learned different tools n techniques like develop self-awareness, explore emotions, address unresolved emotions, conflicts,improve social skill and self-esteem. Understanding minds better, managing thoughts, relationship between the mind and body were few areas which were explored and engrained in the session.
Coming back after a long summer break was refreshing and commencing our schedules with an out of the box workshop was more than a treat.-said one teacher.
