Teachers' workshop By Ratna Sagar

A teacher training programme on ‘Teaching Methodology’ was held on Saturday, 22nd Sept. 2018 at RPS International School, Sector 89, Gurugram. The workshop was conducted by the renowned Author, Speaker, Ex-armed forces Officer Mr. Kulpreet Yadav. The Resource Person threw light upon the multiple aspects of handling children, making teaching learning more effective and filling learning gaps, if any. He dwelt on various kinds of challenges faced by the teachers in classroom and the ways to manage them effectively.The modes, methodologies and the implementation of certain innovative techniques to address the various issues were discussed and explained. His underlying idea was ‘Children don’t remember what you try to teach them. They remember what you are’.Teachers whole-heartedly participated in the activities done during the workshop and enjoyed the session. 
The School Principal, Dr. Roopa Marwaha Bhalla appreciated Mr. Kulpreet Yadav for his pearls of wisdom, encouraged teachers to practice the latest educational reforms and best pedagogical tools discussed in the session.

  "Believing in yourself, maintaining dedication and pride, and never giving up can lead you to victory. While the cost of achieving victory may be high, the rewards are even higher. Today, RPSIS-89 proudly organized a Felicitation Ceremony for the winners of the 4th RPS Olympiad 2023. The event was graced by Chief Guest Padma Shri Dr. Bakshi Ram Yadav and our CEO Sir, Mr. Manish Rao. The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the lamp and a Ganesh Vandana performance, followed by the distribution of prizes. Our esteemed guest, CEO sir along with our Respected Principal Ma'am, Ms. Shiva Yadav appreciated the efforts and hard work of the students. The students attended the event with their parents and expressed their gratitude to their parents and teachers for their success. The parents also shared their thoughts and feelings on stage, expressing happiness and pride for their children's accomplishments."
